    How it works?

    We have fixed prices: 5.29 руб. per square meter, 26.40 руб. per windows. Our understanding of cleaning after repair - the whole apartment, all exposed surfaces, furniture, bathrooms, small-sized garbage will be removed.

    We have professional Karcher equipment, necessary detergents and equipment. As a rule, several people do the cleaning and we fit in one working day.

    We can dry clean the furniture, if necessary. We do not take out construction waste or move furniture.

    We have professional equipment and supplies for post-renovation cleaning. Depending on the scope of the cleaning, we can assign your appointment to one to five cleaners.

    Our idea of post-renovation cleaning is that you will be able to come back to a clean apartment where you can live right away. All the available surfaces, the furniture, windows and appliances will be cleaned. Dry cleaning of upholstered furniture is booked separately. Please note that it is advisable to book a regular cleaning a week after the post-renovation cleaning.

    We don't have equipment that will remove dust particles from the air. They will gradually settle and you will need a light cleaning a few days later.

    Why a separate service

    Construction dust is not household dust: it is as fine as flour, settles in layers and rises again after one wet cleaning because it stays in vents, on walls, in skirting gaps. Post-renovation cleaning is done in several dry passes with an industrial HEPA vacuum, then every surface is washed top down; traces of filler, primer, paint, glue and cement are removed with dedicated products.

    Price and timing

    5.29 BYN per m² plus windows after renovation 26.40 BYN per sash; minimum order 100 BYN. A one-room flat of 40 m² takes 5–6 hours for two cleaners, a two-room flat 6–8 hours, a three-room flat or a house from 100 m² — a team of three or four for a working day. Best time: the builders have left and the furniture is not in yet. Extra charges — only for large rubbish removal without a container and for polishing glass from cement splashes — are agreed before we start.
