What is included in regular cleaning

Workplaces: dust on desks and equipment without moving documents, chairs, bins. Common areas: floors vacuumed and mopped, glass partitions and doors, reception, meeting rooms. Kitchen: sink, worktops, appliances outside, dishwasher loaded and unloaded, fridge outside. Toilets: fixtures, mirrors, floors, consumables refilled. A deep cleaning once a quarter: skirting boards, radiators, light fittings, vent grilles, walls at hand height.

How the price is calculated

By area — from 0.92 BYN per m² per visit for a 2–5 times a week schedule; the rate depends on area, frequency and the mix of zones and is fixed in the contract. Examples: 50 m² twice a week — from 46 BYN per visit; 150 m² with a kitchen and two toilets three times a week — from 138 BYN per visit, about 1,660 BYN a month. Windows, chair and sofa cleaning, post-renovation cleaning when moving office — by the general price list. Consumables — yours or ours at cost.
