Rooms and bedrooms
- dust on all open horizontal surfaces: tables, cabinets, shelves, sills, TV and electronics outside;
- mirrors and glass cabinet doors, radiators outside, switches, door handles;
- bed made if the linen is clean, things put in place within reason;
- floors: vacuumed including under the bed and sofa where the hose reaches, then mopped; bins emptied.
Kitchen
- cabinet fronts outside, handles, splashback, worktop and items on it, dining table and chairs;
- hob and cooktop outside, hood outside, sink, tap, dish rack;
- fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher — outside; floors, skirting boards, bin with a new liner.
Bathroom and hallway
- toilet inside and out including fixings and cistern; basin, tap, cabinet outside; bath or shower, glass, tray; tiles in the splash zone, mirror, shelves; washing machine outside; floors, mat shaken;
- hallway: floors with sand and shoe marks, mat, mirror, shoe cabinet outside, entrance door inside; shoes lined up.
Only in a general cleaning or as add-ons
General cleaning adds skirting boards and doors full height, radiators inside, tiles to the ceiling, grout, light fittings, kitchen fronts degreased, behind light furniture, windows inside, tops of wardrobes and vent grilles — general cleaning. Add-ons: oven, fridge, microwave and hood inside, cabinets and wardrobes inside, dishes, windows, balcony, ironing, litter tray, extra hours — in the order form. We do not wash ceilings and walls (except after renovation), do not move heavy furniture, do not work above a stepladder, do not treat insects or mould, do not wash or cook. Check the result by this list and tell us within 24 hours — we redo it free.
