After the cleaning is completed, you will receive an SMS with the date and time of the next cleaning (and a link to edit the cleaning parameters). We will also send a cleaning reminder 2 days before the scheduled date

We do not have prepayment, cleaning is paid after completion by card or cash. If you cancel the next cleaning (you can do this up to 16 hours before the start), there are no penalties. The subscription can be renewed at any time

How the price works

The price depends on the number of rooms and bathrooms, not on square metres or the district: a one-room flat is 94.99 BYN, two-room 126.73 BYN, three-room 158.47 BYN. Kitchen and hallway are always included. Add-ons — oven, fridge, windows, balcony, ironing — have fixed prices and are selected in the form, so the total you see before confirming is the total you pay. Weekly cleaning is 20 % cheaper, every two weeks 15 %, monthly 10 %.

What is included

Dust on all open surfaces, floors vacuumed and mopped, mirrors and glass, window sills, radiators outside, kitchen outside (fronts, worktop, hob, sink, splashback), bathroom in full, bins emptied. Inside appliances and cabinets, windows, balcony and ironing are add-ons; skirting boards, radiators inside and tiles up to the ceiling are part of a general (deep) cleaning.

How it works

Pick the date and time slot (8:00–20:00 daily), rooms and add-ons — the form shows the price.
The cleaner writes 30–40 minutes before arriving and brings professional supplies and tools; your vacuum cleaner is used if you have one.
You check the result — in person or by the photo report — and pay by card or in cash.

If something was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we redo it free of charge. Orders placed before 14:00 are usually done the same day, anywhere in Minsk and the near suburbs without a travel surcharge.
